Meet Catie

Catie Gragert is a Billings native and top-producing REALTOR® who has been helping buyers and sellers navigate the Billings real estate market since 2017. She began her real estate career working alongside her father and local builder Bill Hanser, giving her valuable experience in new construction and a strong understanding of homes from the ground up. In her first year as a REALTOR®, Catie was honored as Rookie of the Year by the Billings Association of REALTORS®. Since then, she has consistently been recognized as a top-producing agent at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Floberg Real Estate, including earning the Presidential Award.

Before real estate, Catie was an elementary school teacher, and many of the qualities she loved about teaching have carried into her real estate career. She values clear communication, patience, organization, and taking the time to make sure her clients understand and feel comfortable with each step of the process.

For Catie, real estate is about much more than buying and selling homes. It’s about building lasting relationships, understanding what matters most to each client, and providing honest guidance so they can make confident decisions. Whether she is helping a first-time buyer, marketing a home for sale, navigating a new construction project, or working with a family making their next move, Catie brings a personal and hands-on approach to every transaction.

Catie and her husband, Jordan, are raising three young boys in Billings. When she’s not working, you’ll usually find their family enjoying the Montana outdoors: fishing, hiking, skiing, and adventuring with their Wirehaired Griffon, Boone.
